From the candidates it is expected that they:
- are people with mostly coordination abilities and a broad technical knowledge
- can work in a first-line helpdesk situation
- can work in a system with shifts and/or on call
- are capable to create professional reports and presentations
- can put the impression on quality rather than speed
- are stress-resistant and are capable to work with people from another team (the customer)
- are preferably multilingual
Candidates usually work together in longterm agreements with the customer.
