From the candidates it is expected that they can: 

• make an analysis of business processes
• develop and rollout new services
• develop international standards
• deveop new businessmodels 
• make an analysis of the competition and market
• do research on several levels
• be communicative 
• are multilingual 

Candidates work both on a project base as in longterm agreements with the customer.
