From the candidates it is expected that they:

• own a broad technical luggage so that they, with the input of Field Experts, are capable of performing an anlysis of the ICT network infrastructure and to judge its strengths and weaknesses
• possess the necessary empathy to identify the customer's wishes in a short period of time and to translate these wishes in the area of technology, services and SLA's ...
• possess the necessary writing talent to write down information in official documents and reports
• can startup new programs and/or execute updates (RFI/RFP context) and startup the procedure management on this  
• be multilingual 

In this function candidates work on projects.
